A Kind Taco Tuesday


Vegan Taco Tuesday Wraps


Ingredients: 
Romaine Lettuce 
Red bell pepper 
Long green onion 
lime
Cayenne pepper 
Brown Rice 
Boca vegan meat crumbles 

Directions: 
1. First, dice the long onions, and red bell peppers. Once that has been done, place them on low heat onto a cooking pan.
2. Brown Rice can be cooked on the stove top for 1 hour, or rice cooker
3. Add the Boca meat crumbles onto the pan and cook until golden brown
4. Add Cayenne pepper for taste and stir
5. Brake 2 leaves off from the head of Romaine Lettuce, it will look like a taco shell
6. You first want to add 2 spoonfuls of brown rice onto the lettuce leaf, than adding the "meat" next. 
9. Once that has been done, you can add fresh lime for that extra flavorful taste
